The delivery is made to the address indicated by the user in the order format. The user is solely responsible for the address provided.
Delivery times are indicated in the purchase order recorded in the profile-Orders site section and specified in the purchase order confirmation. In the event of no-indication of a specific term of delivery, it will happen within thirty days from that following the dispatch of the order.
At the moment of delivery of the products to the courier, the site will send to the user a dispatch confirmation email. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.
In case of impediments to delivery because of force majeure Uccaruci SRL will contact the user by email to inform of the delay. Uccaruci SRL cannot be held responsible for any delays because of third parties or to force majeure.
The delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the user at the address specified on the order form.
In case of missed delivery for the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt. The postcard shows the details that the user will use to contact the courier and define an appointment for the second delivery attempt. After two delivery attempts, the package will be in stock and the customer service of Uccaruci SRL will contact the user in order to unlock the stock and make the delivery available as soon as possible. If that attempt fails, the product will return to Uccaruci SRL. After thirty days from the date where the product was returned to Uccaruci SRL, the contract will be fixed and the purchase order cancelled in accordance with art. 1456 c.c.
Uccaruci SRL will refund the amount paid by the user at net costs of product delivery failed ,the costs of returning to Uccaruci SRL and the costs of custody. The resolution of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated by email. The amount of the refund will be credited to the payment method used by the user to purchase. If by chance, before the expiry of the 30 days, the user asks to receive again the purchased product, Uccaruci SRL will attempt a new delivery after charge of, in addition to the costs of the same, the costs of returning to Uccaruci SRL and the costs of custody.
The recipient must check the conditions of the delivered product. If the packaging shows signs of cracks, tampering and/or alteration, the user is encouraged to accept the package by courier with " GOODS UNCHECKED". If the goods are damaged the user must give prompt notice to customer service Uccaruci SRL by firstname.lastname@example.org In the email the user must report the kind of damage of the products, attach the delivery coupon with the designation “ACCEPTED WITH GOODS UNCHECKED” and, where is possible, attach photographic material of the damaged product. If the package is accepted without “GOODS UNCHECKED” , we can’t proceed in any way against the courier, so we can’t resend the damaged product.
